  1. Are your products safe for all ages, skin, and hair types?

    Yes! SheaLacy Butter is safe for the entire family and suitable for all skin and hair types.

  2. Do your products expire?

    We recommend that our products be used 6 months to 1 year after opening. Please note that natural variations in texture/color are normal. Since our products are formulated with organic ingredients.

  3. How should I store your products?

    We recommend that you store our products in a cool and dark area out of direct sunlight. Please note that our body butters may arrive melted during shipment to hot climates. If melted, refrigerate body butter for a few minutes to solidify. This will not negatively affect the body butter.

  4. How do I qualify for free shipping on my order?

     We offer free standard shipping within the US on any order that total $35 or more before taxes and after any applicable discounts.

  5. How fast will it take for my order to ship?

    Super fast! We ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order excluding federal holidays. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday are shipped on Thursday; and orders place Thursday after 2:00pm CST through Sunday are shipped on Monday.

  6. What is your return policy?

     Due to the handmade nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
    If there are any problems with your order upon arrival. Please contact us at shealacybutter@gmail.com with your order number and details including photos.

  7. Do you offer in-person pickup?

    At this time our products are available to purchase online only. However, we do participate in local markets within our community. Join our email list for the next chance to shop in person.
